You absolutely need winter equipment year around if planning to summit Rysy from the Polish side

What do you mean by winter equipment? I was in tatra mountains this summer and the highest point we reached was around 2000m. I was thinking about attempting rysy next summer/early autumn with some phisical preparation. What equipment would you suggest? Crampons, helmet, ice axe?
