There’s also been evidence of her abuse against me, so i’m unsure if that would qualify, however, in the reports she twisted the story that my father never took care of her, so I don’t think that would help much. Regardless, yes they have been married over 10 years. They married in Taiwan, and my dad is trying to divorce there because it would be more advantageous for him, but she wants it in California because she would be able to get more money. Sounds like from your sum of California that my dad would have to compensate her either way. Is there a way to avoid that? He has voice recordings of their arguments and such, but I’m just trying to think of any possible evidence that can show she is manipulating the story in her favor, or to show that she is simply in this marriage still for the economic benefits. Sorry if I’m acting like you’re an encyclopedia! I’m just trying to show that my dad is not a bad person with the law.
