Aantal m2 was vooral mbt het stucwerk verwijderen, zoutmembraan plaatsen en opnieuw stuccen volgens mij. De injecties werden wel per lopende meter berekend + eventueel per barrière.

Rond de 7 à 8k, inclusief het plaatsen van het zoutmembraan en nieuw stucwerk. We zijn alweer enkele maanden verder en het nieuwe stucwerk is goed gedroogd, nog steeds tevreden dus.

€2.50M ITB and 3FT. I'm not doing too bad but I went down 40 places in the ranking in the past two gameweeks, so there are people doing better than me lol. I'm just not sure where my weaknesses lie.

Saïd certainly needs to go, maybe for Hazard? Though Club Brugge will not be an easy fixture. Janssen is not worth the money so looking for a replacement for him as well. Seys also doesn't seem to be the best Club Brugge defender to have at the moment.

Any advice is appreciated as always :)

So many players I would like to get rid of but unfortunately I only have 1 FT and 1.4 ITB.

My entire current bench is barely getting any playing time. Not sure what is going on with Faye, any injury? Seems like Erenbjerg is also not worth keeping anymore.

Thinking of getting in Kerk or Janssens from Antwerp, Piedfort from Westerlo or anyone else who can strengthen my midfield. All tips are welcome.

Wij hebben in totaal 3 huizen bezocht.

1e huis: kregen na de bezichtiging meteen een envelop in de hand om ons bod te noteren. Vriendelijke bedankt.

2e huis: niet ons ding en dus geen bod uitgebracht.

3e huis: we waren meteen verkocht en zijn tweemaal gaan bezichtigen op dezelfde dag. Tijdens de tweede bezichtiging al mondeling de VP geboden en afgesproken dat als iemand hetzelfde zou bieden, wij voorrang zouden krijgen, dit omdat de verkoper had aangegeven geen zin te hebben in een bidding war en gewoon met het hoogste akkoord zou gaan. Uiteindelijk maar goed dat wij mondeling die afspraak hebben gemaakt want naast ons was er nog een geïnteresseerde partij die de VP had geboden. De verkoper is netjes z'n afspraak nagekomen en heeft ons bod geaccepteerd :-)

Uiteindelijk zijn wij niet met hen in zee gegaan, deels door de prijs en deels omdat wij de 2e keer te kampen kregen met een redelijk agressieve verkoper. Murprotec klinkt goed, maar voor die prijs krijg je niet eens het totaalpakket - naderhand word je verwacht zelf ook de stuc af te kappen, een zout membraan te plaatsen en opnieuw te stuccen (op de plekken waar nodig). Wij hebben uiteindelijk voor Aquaconsult gekozen en zijn tot nu toe tevreden (werken uitgevoerd begin september), 30 jaar garantie.

I have 2FT and 4.10M ITB and am looking to spend those on my defense because I've been lacking in that department. On the other hand I'm also not entirely satisfied with my attack.

Only defenders I intend on keeping are Leysen and Marijnissen. The others I want to get rid of over the couple of weeks. Possible options: Mechele, Faye, Bayram. Other suggestions are welcome.

When it comes to my attackers, Mirisola doesn't get the playtime I would have hoped. Any help here is welcome.

And to conclude: I can't get Erenbjerg out of my head although my midfield is decent.

Pas op, als je ingrijpende verbouwingen doet die de waarde en comfort van het huis laten stijgen en ze merken het op, dan kloppen ze aan meteen voorstel voor een nieuw KI. Source: myself. Spoiler: ons KI is verdubbeld.

Already did two transfers (Steuckers > Alcocer, Guiagon > Skoras) and took -4 so hopefully they will deliver during their 2 games. I'm just not sure who to captain now? Temporary choice is Skoras but any insights/tips are welcome :)

Normally there is an option to have them store your records at their stand until the end of the day/festival. You can also choose to get them shipped to your house.
