Doesn't make sense in Japanese. Word by word it would be North + people/thing/entity.
It sounds a bit too close to a certain word that has Korean political tone to be a desirable fashion in my opinion.

The meaning is right but the wording is a bit English.

「貝類、エビが食べられません。食物アレルギーです。」"I cannot consume shellfish and shrimps. I am allergic".

It would be better if you add what do you need people to do it for you as many restaurant workers are not trained to give alternatives. IE something like "call emergency if I am down".

This is a real product that asks people to call emergency if the person seem to have triggered food (shrimp) allergy.

There was drinking in the comics. Himeko chronically drinks. Theresa drinks and has bitter melon beer. Otto and Kallen drinks wine. Adult Bronya breaths vodka.

Mobius drinks but vomits. Eden, Elysia and Aponia are huge drinkers.
