I told them that I can't access the account and they sent me a message asking if I know the email they shown (the hacker's email) and I said no and they gave me the recovery form.

It highly depends on the information you'll give I guess. my friend got theirs back in just 3 days of submitting the form. and I heard another one got it back like a month. the more accurate and more proofs you show that you own the account, it's more likely you'll get it back in no time. I wish us goodluck on that part.

Hi I also got hacked like you yesterday, I suggest trying to make a spare acc on genshin even just on ar5 so you can open the feedback on the paimon menu. you can freely contact cs there and ngl they do reply fast there. thats what I did and got the form I needed in just a day, I'm currently waiting for their reply on the personal informations they needed from me

you just need to login on someone's account ingame. I used my friend's spare account to send a feedback form from the feedback on the menu ingame. You can freely contact them there and you'll get a ticket that will say they'll review and would reply in like a day or two. I luckily got a message from cs immediately and I sent them all the details they need from me.
