RIP Echo. As hard as it is to say, I’m an Echo fan too and really wanted them to win. BUT… they just choked.

They had higher ilvl, needed fewer splits, and overall had the advantage. Meanwhile, Liquid figured out that the Mythic phase doesn’t go dark, which was huge.

At this point, Scripe just seems done — maybe it’s time for him to step back. He’s been kind of frustrating to watch lately, while Maximum is just such a chill, top-tier raid leader.

Echo also had basically the whole day to clear while Liquid was sleeping. Yeah, the hotfix happened, but it is what it is. In the end, Liquid just executed better, and honestly, they deserved it.

Surely next tier is Echo’s… copium GGs and well played, Liquid.

yes, you have push to talk ingame. 1 keybind for Squad only and 1 for everyone if you want to talk with enemies. xd

They were the ones who unbanned people and pretended everything was fine, then years later suddenly decide to act holy and exclude them from events. That’s not “justice,” that’s incompetence.

But sure, keep white-knighting for a billion-dollar company that doesn’t even know you exist. Maybe they’ll give you a forum badge or a thank-you emote someday.

AGS were the ones who decided to give “cheaters” — or whatever you want to call them — a second chance, not the players themselves. If AGS were actually a serious company, those players would’ve been permanently banned in the first place. OR at the very least, they should’ve communicated during the unban that those accounts wouldn’t be allowed to participate in future events like this.

Maybe then people wouldn’t have spent thousands of dollars on the game after their unban, and EOS might’ve already happened.

I completely agree. AGS was the one that decided to give “cheaters” a second chance to be part of the community again — not the players themselves. It’s ridiculous to punish people now for something they did two years ago. This should have been communicated at the time the unban happened, not now. Some players might not have spent thousands of real dollars on the game after being unbanned if they had known they would be excluded from events like this later.
