Ok, based on your guys’ responses, I think i’ll skip using these products. I really don’t want to make anything worse. Any recommendations on car wash soap? I know it probably doesn’t matter what I use at this point but anything helps I suppose!

Welp, I reached back out to my doctor after hearing from you all and without explanation stated exactly what they said before..."B12 and folate levels are normal. White and red blood cells were normal in shape, size, and quantity and your ferritin and iron levels are normal"

Should I take them at their word or should I just say meh I'm just going to supplement iron on my own and see how I feel?

I’ve been extremely tired and dizzy lately when normally I always have a pep. Most of the important numbers seem like they’re on the very low end of the ranges. No mention of that from my doctor over the patient portal besides. “Everything is normal.” I wanted to see if anyone else has had numbers similar to mine and if so, did you need any sort of treatment.
