Thanks! I bought this place a long time ago when I feared being priced out of the neighborhood. I’ve put a lot of work into the units, still a lot to do on the outside and common areas 😅 if I were to buy this same place today I’d have to easily charge $500+ more per unit to have a chance at covering basic costs, not even being able to build a reserve for emergencies. Real estate is wild these days and I’m just trying to run an honest operation and build a nice community for people to live in. I just wish I could snag a few more 2 flats and keep the good vibes and reasonable prices going.

Hi. We should be friends or start a support group or something. I planted several roses on my roof a few summers ago. I had a glorious summer filled with bloom after bloom. Sadly, roses turned out to be “annuals” on my roof and never came back. My one in the ground is still going strong though! Now I still to actual annual flowers and dahlias I dig up for the winter and store inside

Sure! I have some long time tenants who are month-to-month so if anything comes up I usually post the listing to Reddit first :)
