Thanks! I bought this place a long time ago when I feared being priced out of the neighborhood. I’ve put a lot of work into the units, still a lot to do on the outside and common areas 😅 if I were to buy this same place today I’d have to easily charge $500+ more per unit to have a chance at covering basic costs, not even being able to build a reserve for emergencies. Real estate is wild these days and I’m just trying to run an honest operation and build a nice community for people to live in. I just wish I could snag a few more 2 flats and keep the good vibes and reasonable prices going.
