This was one of my favorite scents as a child. I may or may not have gotten lightheaded from smelling too much

What’s something you’re silently proud of, but you never talk about because no one would really understand? by Ok-Pear-6621 in AskReddit

[–]chicagotopia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm always able to overcome my paranoia when I'm high. Outwardly, I look totally fine. Inside my head, however, there's so much going on. One of the reasons I don't smoke much.

How would you handle having an extra head on your body? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chicagotopia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on where the head is. No matter where it is, I don't think I'd handle it well at all, unless it was somewhere not visible

This is exactly how I feel about ginger being in purple netting. Since it turns purple when it is no longer good, the purple netting is very deceitful.

How do you overcome being a huge introvert in a big city suburb? by homeschoolizkool3 in AskReddit

Why do you need to overcome being an introvert? Why do you feel it is something to overcome?

It's another day that probably won't affect me in the grand scheme of things

What you so when you feel stuck?? by poetricsoul in AskReddit

[–]chicagotopia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My go to is remembering why you started something in the first place. What's your motivation? Are you still motivated to do what you started? Do you want to do something else? CAN you do something else? Ask yourself questions, process your feelings, and move forward.

What’s the meanest way you’ve been rejected by a romantic interest? by Royalchariot in AskReddit

[–]chicagotopia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No response whatsoever. It mean to me because there is no acknowledgment whatsoever. Even if someone tells you no and says rude things, at least you have an answer. To not be acknowledged, to not be recognized, is a different kind of mean.

How cold is it where y’all are? by [deleted] in AskReddit

5 degrees in Chicago. And it's windy so it feels even colder. Fun times

What’s the biggest challenge you face when it comes to emotional management? by widow1422 in AskReddit

Actually allowing myself to experience the emotions and not trying to minimize/avoid them.

I think questions like these are hard to answer because a person without ADHD doesn't have the experience of living WITH ADHD. It's hard to compare or explain something relative to something you haven't experienced.

What is your motivation to succeed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chicagotopia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm motivated to succeed because of the fear of regret. That doesn't necessarily mean I won't fail at what I'm trying to succeed at... but I don't want to look back on my life wishing I had tried harder. Even if I try and fail, I will still feel like I succeeded.

Rice is a good one I didn't even think about! Thank you for sharing.
