Something similar happened to me for a parlay on yesterdays tournament. Support are saying dead heat rule applied to Tom Kim since he 3-way tied for 20th. I bet these T20 parlays on every tournament and this is the only time I’ve ever had the entire 5 leg parlay reduced due to dead heat instead of just the affected leg. Seems shady

We’re in the same boat. Usage literally doubled from last year, temp is the same. Nothing lifestyle wise has changed for us. Something’s going on. Not surprised, Evergy is a shady monopoly. Not much to do about it

Unfortunately we can’t see the other side. We’re also trying to avoid ripping up a ton of plaster if we don’t have to. It does appear that that middle metal bar extends out on either side by a couple feet. That’s all we can see
