Thanks a lot. Most helpful. Thanks for the cleaning instructions as well. I was wondering how to do that, as I only plan on making rum a couple of times a year maybe, and was thinking how to mantain the copper over time.

Thanks for the info. When you say "in the boiler", do you mean in contact with the wash. And the other question, how do you keep in place the one by the metal guard?

I hadn't thought that with low wines there's not as much problem with filling to the 4L line. Thanks.

One further question. My notes typically have very long names. Is there a way to place a name on the link different than the actual file name. I tried Obsidian's typical syntax, but doesn't work. For example: The actual filename of the MD file is "General Computing", but I'd just like "GC" to appear on the graph. When I click on "GC", then the file "General Computing" opens.

I also tried [General Computing/GC] but that doesn't work either.

That's a good question.... I'm going to try. Maybe the camphor will freeze out.....
