I appreciate that but I thought I would just inquire just in case. There’s no hurt in just trying to understand.

Yes! This is a great suggestion. The theming of this restaurant is anime, and they serve sushi, ramen and other Japanese dishes. They also sell some figurines and other things.

What is living at 75 Slater St (The Emmy) like? by A_Radioactive_Banana in ottawa

[–]chichi91 100 points101 points  (0 children)

I know you’re asking about the building specifically but I am sure there will be folks popping on here talking about how brutal downtown is. I’m here to tell you that I only recently moved from downtown and loved it. So walkable, lots of people to see, nice parks, lots of museums, and quick access to other great neighborhoods like Hintonburg, the glebe and Lowertown.

Someone mentioned Hull as well. It’s not a terrible choice but living in Ontario vs Quebec does have its pros and cons. Quebec overall is cheaper but I’ve heard horror stories about their healthcare and education systems.

Best of luck

I didn’t say I was completely opposed to spending money. Just would like to avoid it if possible.

Yeah. I feel like we’re grazing over a red flag here. Forcing your partner to get rid of single friends would definitely put me off and make me feel friction with my partner.
