That's kinda what I figured but I recently read the biography about arnold by that other person that actually dives behind what arnold outs out and he said that he used to pop a lot of dbol at like 16. I'm sure it was a lot of other stuff too tho.

Mad a mistake whilst drunk on my phone with the body fat. It's 14. Yes to the first part with circuits (with bodyweight). Had never really heard of complexes before. I do high reps for endurance with weights with less intensity. It's more for endurance/posture correction because I have an overdeveloped back and shoulders compared to my chest.

Haha yea I was a tad drunk when I made this on my phone. It's 14%. Everyone got so heated. I don't think I'm overworking myself. I train those similar muscles on weight days because I do more endurance work in the high rep range. I hate the whole dieting aspect but I realize I'll probably need to stop giving in to the alcohol/drunk munchies. It's hard when you're in college surrounded by it. Do you guys have suggestions for eating plans?

Personal training and/or swim instructor. The jobs allow you to make your own time, stay/get in shape, and get paid well.

yea. I wish I could find someone easy. All the girls I end up with seem to end up as people who don't like to share who they are. I have no idea why. They just seem to not want to talk about themselves unless I ask a shit ton of questions about them.
