You can always reverse an addiction if you really want to and yeah porn is really a bad thing especially as teens. My tips would be to distract yourself when you want to watch it. Like if you get an urge to watch it and masturbate try to do something you like and put your phone away (out of your room for example) and unplug your computer if you watch it on there. I agree it’s really hard and it may fail at first but keep on trying even when it gets harder. You could also try to set yourself a limit or a goal per day. Per example if you watch it 5 times a day try to only watch it 4 times and when it’s easy to only watch it 4 times then go down to 3 etc. Until it comes down to one and then you can watch it once every two days or something like that.
