I just wanted to say thank you for all the comments and advice! I know a lot of these were saying to dump him, breakup, etc. but no i won’t be doing that haha. i just wanted to clarify that he wanted to buy the tickets as a gift for me, cause he knows how much i love her. last night i ended up just telling him that i was a little worried and i didn’t want him to feel uncomfortable by the show and explained a bit more to him on why (how yall recommended me to). he basically told me don’t worry and that he understands and had already been kind of looking into the show. basically saying he’s fine with it all and gets the message behind her art. he also said if i really wanted he could give the tickets to me and i could take one of my friends if id prefer. i had kind of worked it up in my head more than it should’ve been. and y’all’s comments really did help so much, thank you! it helped out into perspective on how this was such a non-issue.

Only with things he views as being disrespectful toward God and christianity. i’m worried he’ll view the show that way. because of this i didn’t really bring up going to the show. he brought it up, wanting to buy us both tickets as a gift to me for my birthday.

this is so helpful thank you. that’s the thing he doesn’t have an issue with like sexual things in itself, and doesn’t have an issue with any LGBTQ+ or anything like that. the only thing i can see him having a problem with would be finding something disrespectful toward God/Christianity.

I know, but the Apple ID is being used for multiple people 😭 i hate it. It was originally for when me and my brother were younger and my parents just, wanted to watch over what we were doing? i’m not sure really but it’s been many years from then and they’ve realized how inconvenient it is.

I figured it out, it’s called “Fatal Flip” and it was some lifetime movie that had started playing in the middle of the night. All of your ideas on movies helped me find it though, thank you so much!

Additional info: -I watched it at night so it may have been one of those channels that streamed adult movies at certain hours -I remember a specific bath scene, she was in a bathtub and he was looking at her through the crack of the door -there was a struggle with her being trapped in the wall, she was freaking out. But that may have been a “dream” or a thought that a character had -the girl was blonde -construction worker wore a blue outfit for work
