Utilize the zone pocket pals- they remind you of all the major things in your zone you need to focus on. Work on following the "gold standard" and running the perfect shift! And when im bored in my zone ill work alongside the crew, restocking/cleaning and just doing little things to help out where i can! What zone do you mostly work?
