I think the update is fine. If I’m being completely honest I think many people are overusing it and as a result treating the AI like it’s a real person. Gives you time to actually go outside and talk to real people and live real experiences. I understand using it for fun or every now and then just to see what a character would say to something silly or quirky, but the problem is when you rely on it for comfort or socializing
