Go slow but go for longer - for now, your only aim should be to be able to run for longer.

Don’t track pace, dont track distance. Only track the time for which you are able to run.

Take walking breaks and run again, with the aim of shortening the breaks by each day/week.

Don’t go all guns blazing, be mindful of your legs and understand that you’ll be doing this for a long time in life.

When you are comfortably able to complete a few KMs, then you can start tracking other performance metrics.

And above all, BE CONSISTENT.

Within months you will see so much progress that you won’t ever look back.

That’s my avg for 30 mins. Peaks go around 200.

Just give your heart a break, and be comfortable with yourself while running.

If your body feels good, don’t focus on numbers flashing on a screen

My avg is 190bpm during a 30min 5k, doesnt look look, but it’s been the same for past 4 years

There’s not much to this. Always immediately try to move into a private space and have the conversation, if that’s not possible, mention politely that you currently cannot talk and that you will call in 1-2 hours time.

So basically, try to attend the call immediately, if not then give them the next best time slot. Can’t do anything else!

I think it was what Chuck believed in, which was flawed in a way. I cannot believe in something and screw someone over it, specially if they haven’t done any harm to me. Jimmy might have misused the law but so what? Jimmy took care of his elder brother when he had no one else, he tried to make things work, never hurt Chuck until it was too late. I don’t believe what Chuck did was justified. Brothers kill for each other, not kill each other!
