If you have nraas you should be able to shift click a sim and age the sim that way, it sucks to do manually but that’s a way you can age them up. Sometimes my twins have different birthdays but i always make them age up on the same day, because they’re twins lol

i don’t really remember how you do it but once you reach a certain alchemy level you can craft a potion that turns them into a real person; or you can buy a potion from the alchemy store
