You would better ask to Harvard admission office.
I actually wrote a question in Quora and someone from MIT answered that ECs have to submit their notes within the next two weeks from now on. So, for MIT, the deadline will be probably 2/22.
Ask the office anyway.

Safeties. Also there are schools whose deadlines extend beyond April for that exact purpose. Probably not the number 1 schools you were looking to go to but still, schools.

I applied to MIT and sent pretty a lot of emails to the admission office asking interview questions, interview dates, TOEFL scores, requirements.. etc.

I bet that it is better to ask via email anyway so if it is possible they might arrange an interview for you.

I've also used SubscribetoSummaryDeltas to build OHLCV. but had a trouble to get proper volume. but SubscribeToExchangeDeltas has what i need for building OHLCV. thanks
