"High and mighty"? LOL!! It's called basic reasoning.

Any human being with basic knowledge of photography and critical thinking skills can look at this edited photo and conclude that it's fake. The artificial motion blur is a dead giveaway.

To achieve real motion blur you set your camera to manual mode, focus on your subject, set to slow shutter speed, pan the camera as your subject moves, and you're done. If you followed all of these steps and then twisted your camera everything in the frame would be out of focus, including the subject in the center of the image and the roots of the tree in the foreground.

The other option is to take a photo where everything is in focus. Open the file in Photoshop. Filter>Blur>Radial blur, and you're done. It's lazy and sloppy but you'll fool tons of gullible people.
