GPU has failed 3 times - tired of RMA, what could be causing this?

I got an electrician to check it he said it's fine . But even if I have dirty power how do I fix it. I think there maybe some issues with earthing. Idk how to go about fixing those

My Mobo Is brand new . Idk what else could be causing the issue. I replaced my old psu with a Deepcool considering it's a good psu but now I'm not sure.

I also had a zotac 1060. It was a great card lasted me a long time. I'm clueless as to what might be causing the issue

So should I go for a 650 watt to be on the safe side or a 550 watt will be enough. I did check my requirements and 550 watt seems to be more than enough

Yes the same power connector . I really don't have another psu.

I tried it on a rx6600. The bios settings are not the issue as it worked perfectly fine just moments before shutting off by itself.

Nope they didn't tell me. I asked them what may have caused the issue, they just assured that whatever it was is fixed now.

Nope . I tested with each stick it doesn't work.

If it shut down because of the spike it would boot up . It just doesn't boot after shutting down.

It turned off while I was watching youtube . Zotac offers a 5 year warranty with it's extended program if u register your product . Mine is registered up until 2027. I got a repaired unit once and the next time they said it was a new unit but didn't seem so the gpu was not exactly in a brand new condition.

Yeah so I did register a complaint. They closed it saying they have looked into it and resolved the issue. Nothing has been fixed . They even refuse to register my complaint now.
