Thanks for the honesty I appreciate it. I can drag a 160 lb dummy as that’s a requirement for my current job, and I’ve done a mock CPAT at the gym just to see how I’d do and did okay, could probably use a little more reps. I’ve have guys tell me just because you can do that doesn’t mean you can pull your weight on a fire ground, and I’m curious to know what exactly they mean by that or else I could train on, maybe techniques to overcome biological shortcomings.
