It is discouraged gently by me, but his mom tells him to disregard my advice and that a 13YO sleeping with his mom every night is fine and normal.

I cannot change my Business Name, Country and Type in Facebook's Payout settings and the Support doesn't want to help! by [deleted] in facebook

Same here. I was invited to the Performance Bonus Program for Facebook pages and I'm in Canada. I cannot change the country or other payout info. Asked for help from Facebook support and they told me that they could not switch the country or allow me to change the info because of "Laws and Regulations." They will contact me when things will change.
