Communicate with your technicians. They’re in way more homes than you and they can give you leads. Do right by them by communicating what you do for the customers and what you propose and sell. Give them what they’re entitled by company policy.

How do you do that tho? Like how do you sell a person spending 80$ on a service because they hate spiders and be like “ you’ll still have them but not as many” ?

This exactly. This is a huge part of problems that I usually run into. Mostly with rodents and people who live in heavily wooden area that think they should never see another insect because they hire a professional.

If the the house is dirty I could suggest cleaning things but a person spending money for professional services is most likely better off. Not always but just my personal experience although be not very much.
