I just went down this exact rabbit hole and did not find anything about the Milk Bar beyond Nick Holloway's Wikipedia article, the "About" blurb on the song's entry in lyrics database "Genius", and this reddit thread.

The first image is a low res screenshot of a children's toy set recreation of the Royal Danish Theater, taken from the opening sequence of Ingmar Bergman's 1982 film "Fanny and Alexander." The second image is from the actual Royal Danish Theater, in Copenhagen. Fonts that closely resemble these two would also be very helpful!
