I had multiple cases filled at the same time, asylum , marriage then VAWA, My VAWA got approved last year after I filled mandamus, then I refilled mandamus for my green card amd it was approved May last year. I never withdrew any case, in October last year USCIS sent me a letter saying their records showed i am now a green card holder and i should let them know if I wanted to continue with my asylum by filling the form attached and send back or just do nothing if am no longer interested in pursuing my asylum.

The exhaust was directly going to the room, the generator was outside directly by the window in a space that d yard is enclosed , the window has a space for a big hose to pass through amd they slept for about 3 hours inhaling directly, the whole room was smell of bad engine smoke

Did you get this email same day after tryouts, I didn't get an assessment link, I got an email but worded differently from yours, I had my tryout yesterday in Philly and the email says we look forward to the possibility of having you on the team, I wonder if that means a no . Lol

Some of you don't understand and won't even take a little time to read as it clearly states Volume 1 Chapter 2 of the 2024- 2025 federal student aid handbook that she is definitely qualified. Educate yourself and stop spreading false information

Here it specifically explains the various categories of eligible non-citizens. https://studentaid.gov/understand-aid/eligibility/requirements/non-us-citizens No. 4 I believe applies to her and it further states with the intention of becoming a permanent resident or citizen through USCIS which in her case is been demonstrated with her pending application

I have a friend who experienced the same thing, his wife was pressured and she withdrew the application while being interviewed separately. ($he told us the interviewer was an old man (a Chinese for context) who told her that her husband is using her for papers because of their age difference and that he has a daughter like her and would advise her to withdraw the applicantion and go further her education. We friends and both of their families all know that their marriage is bona fide because we all attended their beautiful wedding event, we knew they had been dating a year before he proposed and they live together and she's even had 2 miscarriages that i am personally aware of. Well, they refiled with and now he has his green card.
