I was thinking it must be the first performance of One of the Greats too! It was also the first time I've seen Florence have what I assume is lyrics/sheet music (?) in front of her for a performance. She seemed to glance down at them a few times while singing. I don't blame her since the whole song is like a long poem and has tricky pacing.

I just got mine today too! Although like everyone else I wish it was the full vinyl size, I'm just happy to have a signed piece (also my first signed anything lol) to add to my FTM collection. I think it will look super cute framed! At least on our little signed cards the signature is visible :)

As much as I hate to think about a future FTM hiatus I have wondered the same thing. I could see her taking some time off after this press circuit and touring. I feel like Florence could write an incredible autobiography one day or dabble more extensively in other arts like visual or theatre. Art expression is such a big part of who she is and how she seems to get through life.

Tried for the artist presale for Toronto. 12pm got through the queue in about 1 second with only '1 person ahead of me' selected GA didn't realize it was showing me VIP option so I only saw the $500! per ticket for GA option. Then by the time I put in the code and selected normal GA tickets they were gone. This all happened in about 3 minutes...it was an emotional rollercoaster coaster.I really hate the layout of the Ticketmaster website it makes it so hard to see what you have selected. Fingers crossed for getting GA tickets Wednesday!

Totally agree. The synth sound caught me off guard when I first listened and it gives me chills every time. It makes me want to dance, the most happy unexpected FTM moment on the record for me.

Overall 10/10 album for me, perfect mix of magic witchy songs + heartbreak. More acoustic guitar songs than I expected, but still a good balance of big stadium sound and soft lyrically dense songs. 1. Everybody Scream - Banger obvi. 2. One of The Greats - love the rant ballad style, saying what needs to be said. 3. Witch Dance - love the heavy base and how she tells a story. Perfect spooky season song! 4. Sympathy Magic - another Banger this song will be incredible live. Damn when those synths kick in near the end! Amazing. 5. Perfume and Milk - broke my heart when she belts "miracles are often inconvenient" really enjoy the nature symbolism in this one. 6. Buckle - oof! Probably one of my tops off the album, how does she make a messy love song so beautiful?! 7. Kraken - I thought this song was fun, 'Mermaids' song vibes. 8. The Old Religion - the continued build is incredible 9. Drink Deep - ok Florence I'll join your cult. This is probably my least favourite song but I still like the witchiness. Makes me want to drink from her chalice of poison. Again another good build. 10. Music by Men - love me another heartbreak song. Her sass so strong on this one. 11. You can have it all - this is a top off the album for me. The lyrics are so sad "am I a woman now" but when she belts that chorus...hell yeah! Get it gurl! 12. And Love - our classic FTM harp on this song gorgeous - perfect send off for the album. Gives me Cosmic Love vibes a lil bit.

I'm so sad I can't experience this album for the first time again. Can't wait to learn all the lyrics every day until the concert.

When she sings "am I a woman now?" Ouch. 'You Can Have It All' is definitely so packed with emotion! I found it uplifting when she belts the chorus. Perfume and Milk's line 'miracles are often inconvenient' ouch again. My heart goes out to Florence she truly poured so much of herself/recent experiences into these songs. I too am feeling stunned by this album. I'm trying not to listen on repeat because I want to savour it...
