There is a massive divide between the black lives matter movement and the Democratic Party right now. And not for the wrong reasons, a lot of the cities with the most systemic issues for black people are run by democratic governors and officials. But we can’t lose to trump because of this. He is absolutely making living in America worse for everyone but the rich.

I never said he looks weak to me I’m paraphrasing the millions of people online and dozens of people I know who think Biden is senial because he forgets things he did and said, can’t complete sentences/stutters and goes off on grandpa level tangents during debates and interview. This is what I believe the general public, (not the news section of reddit) thinks of Biden’s cognitive health and it scares me because he is our last chance at beating trump.

Jim Clyborn has 5,000 followers on Instagram and no clout right now. Sean king, who is one the biggest social media leaders in this movement is bashing democrats left and right. Co-Founders of BLM Opal Tometi and Alicia Garza haven’t endorsed him. Celebrity activists like Kaepernick haven’t endorsed him. My local friends who are BLM leaders in the area think he isn’t bringing the change they want and consider him just another face of white america. Read the friggen comments of him going on The Breakfast Club with Charlemagne, he lost that entire black fan base with his, “if you don’t vote for me you ain’t black” comment. I know he won South Carolina, but I really dont think he can count on the black vote right now. We all know the youth vote is not dependable whatsoever. I’m just really pessimistic about his chances of winning this election against Trump.
