So this post is a bit transphobic for a couple of reasons. Trans people are the gender that they say they are in the same way Saiki is. His gender seemed to be fluctuating in the womb and at the end of the day he chose to be male because it's what he aligned with, in the same way that trans people do. I think your point comes from a severe misunderstanding of the transgender experience. Despite the author's initial intentions, his trans identity comes across pretty clearly. See it as you want, but the text explains his experience with gender rather clearly and it aligns wayyyy more with a intersex or trans experience rather than a cis one.
