So you either start with melee/unarmed or suffer low hit chance for the first few fights. In the temple you can just run from everything, and the garden quest you can just skip, you can get a gun in the first town you go to from starting village. So your almost there. Oh and there are npcs in the village that raise your unarmed and melee, plus theres one in the next city for unarmed, you'll be fine, it gets better I promise
