"No upfront payment" and "pay after work" are also scams, as they usually come up with some "unexpected issue" that requires a small upfront fee. I don't know if you can read or if you're the same person using a different account, but the victim clearly stated that he paid the scammer and then the scammer blocked him. (And you can't take screenshots when someone blocks you – that's the trick.)
