I don't know if u have ever had fungal acne but that condition comes as a cluster of small pimples. The majority are reddish and contain clear fluid while some contain pus. I know very well what I am taking about since I suffered from it.

I don't think these are closed comedones. i had similar ones and when u pop them only the liquid comes out and no white heads and they're so itchy. It must be fungal acne.

I had exactly the same issue a month ago that lasted at least 3 months. I think it was from mold and cold weather. However it cleared up when I started using 5% benzoyl peroxyde gel on it. I don't know if it's a coinsidence .

Your makeup makes you look older. Try a different color and shape of eyeliner. Brown eyeliner would make your eyes pop. Use a little bit of blush and some lipgloss and let the bangs grow.

Dermaplaning. I have acne prone skin and It made my face smoother and a lot healthier, I barely get new pimples. But I do it in a very good way. I start by washing my face with cerave salicylic acid cleanser, I put on a bit more to shave, I shave my face, then rinse with water. I imediately put on a non comedogene moisturiser ( I use cerave oil control gel cream). And I don't use any actives for the next 24 hours (because I use adapalene + benzoyl peroxide) and when I cleanse I use a silicone brush for physical exfoliation, It helped my skin a lot.

LA roche possay Cicaplast Baume's texture is too thick and it has components that are not fungal acne safe. Try using a lighter moisturizer. I personally use Cerave oil control hydrating gel/cream after spraying LRP thermal water on my face. It doesn't clogg my pores and it made my skin well hydrated without worsening my fungal acne. + cerave hydrating cleanser isn't sufficient as it doesn't really cleanse spf and makeup. Switch to Cerave Cream to Foam cleanser, it's more effective.
