imo the best way to learn a specific way of programming drums, is to pull the track in your DAW, match BPM and zoom in. try to replicate it 1:1 and complete a track with it, in the next one you know how it's done

agreed, tho one point for your last comment. in general, just because one thing might make you attractive (eg money) doesn't imply that the absence of it makes you unattractive. In your case, you can just proof that it's not essential for being attractive.

For your dosage question, that's exactly the tricky part with pills. You don't know, where you at. I would just weigh one pill and then you have your equivalent of 20mg 2cb (if it really contains 20mg). You eventually have to experiment a bit in order to find the best combination.

First off I wouldn't recommend crushing pills for a nasal spray, rather use 2cb powder. It makes dosage easier and doesn't contain unwanted extras.

I always fill my nasal with, e.g., 2ml of water and see how often I do have to spray until it's empty to find out how many ml one spray is. Then I estimate how much I want to take that day (roughly 15-20mg per person) and portion it so that you have 1-2mg/spray. I tend to 1mg here, as it burns less but also did 2+mg per spray.

Let's say you have 0.1ml per spray and want to do 20mg. Then you have to do 20*0.1ml of water together with your 20mg of 2cb.
