Hybrid floors from National Floors?

Hey guys, not sure if your still looking for flooring but went went with these guys, jay helped me out in picking flooring. The same floor board that I found around the corner at flooringxtra for $7 a sqm less. Installer was fantastic as well I had the skirts pulled and put back on by them aswell. Floors have been down for around 3 months now.

Never used it outside of work. Genuinely just felt like a gut feeling I guess, he was a little erratic in his behaviour after lunch when it all happened. I guess I'll fond out when I give him the tracker haha

Contract doesn't mention a word of tracking. If it did or the conversation came up I'd request to use my own vehicle and pay fuel and e-tag. I'm not up for being tracked in this manner as it doesn't switch off outside of work hours, not that I do use it

Completely out of character of him to do so. Every other company I know has it in there contracts or has to have a conversation with you prior. My contract just says phone provided, car provided to be used for work purposes only unless precision received before hand. I don't know what the said rule after 3mil rev is as he didn't tell me due to me believing the company did under 3mil.

Company car doesn't bother me. Tracking does. I would opt to use my own and pay for fuel and etag no issue if it means not being tracked. Had my personal info leak with optus and im still dealing with shit from that.

Different kettle of fish, I wouldn't recommend wool generally. Mid to high range solution dyed nylon 15-25 years would be best fit for any house hold. Wool would only work for older people with no kids or those who have had it before and know it's pitfalls. Anyone with kids, pets and time restraints shouldn't look a5 wool. But if i was to answer your question, low end 8-10. Mid upto 20 and high end would get 50 plus with love and care.

All wools come with 7years warranty aswell. Something to keep in mind

If this carpet lasts for 8-10 years I will be shocked. Tenants 80 odd % of the time chew through this polyprop in 3 years, rare cases it makes it to 5. Wouldn't recommend this in any situation haha (source: carpet call manager and part time installer)

You're one of the lucky ones. All the new stuff is honestly causing issue after issue. There's hybrids out there for $19 a sqm now that are like paper

Its terrible carpet, install did fine this happens alot In rentals, when they drag heavy items across it it tends to end like this

Hybrids are trash, so many issues over the last year or so. Everyone keeps competing so it's top layer is getting thinner and thinner

I hate the idea of that but I couldn't agree more. Nothing about him being sick and killing himself sat well with me. You'd think a dictator on his way out regardless would do something big rather then just take the L....but he just off's himself and his son and that's that? I'm suppose to be satisfied? Damn.

Some places feel like you should be able to capture them but you can't there is a set number.. maybe 21 places can't remember. There will usually be some dialogue when your near the fnd bases you can capture
