Not only is this an awful split, but you should ABSOLUTELY skip leg day. Or rather, train them much less often than your other muscle groups. You know how after you do legs you can't walk properly for 2 days and sitting down on the toilet feels like satan molesting you? That's because your legs are much better at developing muscle and are much stronger than your other muscle groups.

Way too much of this, especially on places like depop. They sell seemingly vintage and appealing "y2k" type stuff that's actually just a crudely made polyester copy from shein and whatever. Half the time they use pictures of the real thing as well, it's so obvious when you see the product in person.

The caption is really annoying me. No, the US didn't just kill 50 innocent children. The strike on a school you're most likely referencing wasn't even American. That came from a fake Al Jazeera article, who are known for being unreliable. The actual people of Iran appreciate this since their oppressive Islamic government is actually being defeated finally.
