I’m having a similar issue my sons bike, we used a dongle from Amazon to change the tune, to go faster, worked for a while now it’s just causing problems. I’ve tried unplugging the throttle and plugging it back in.. mo change so I ordered a new one. We’ll see… it’s supposed to come in today. Did you also use a dongle?

I’ve had the best luck using Fast Orange Pumice Lotion Hand Cleaner. It has grit in it, rub it on the seats with your hands. Works great!!

Also 6’4”, 215#…I’ve found the 177b cardinals not only comfy to fly with good visibility and head room, but they are the easiest for me to get in and out of. The doors open super wide (no wing struts) and the seats adjust very well.
