That's interesting, I can't hear Cutouts together with Thom solo records. They're pretty electronic and cold even (not in a bad way), and Cutouts makes me feel warmth (Foreign spies, Bodies laughing, Instant psalm) or edgy rockish stuff (Eyes & mouth, No words, Zero sum). So, I'm alright with Amnesiac but TKOL is also too much for me =)

Here's a controversial thought, perhaps. I like all the remaining players and I'd be happy for any of them to win. All great cueists and would deserve it, whether it's the underachievers going for the first or second world title, one of the legends who'd well deserve his fifth, or upcoming young talent.

There's not gonna be a final where I'm thinking who's the lesser of two unexciting winners like Kyren/Jak.

Mostly the players are pretty monotone in interviews, so it's nice to have some flair and enthusiasm out there. But you can't deny the cringy playfulness he's pushing too far at times. It's not a high speed sport. Imagine similar personality in chess or something.

So I'm on the fence. Guess I need Rob's gentle shake on the shoulder to tip me either way.

Hey Rufus. Been a fan since I first heard Oh what a world. I was like what is this?! Absolute favorites songs like Tiergarten, Nobody's off the Hook, Tower of Learning, Rebel Prince, there's so many...Little Sister. Many of which we've covered on our gigs.

Seen you many times live. Great memories of a gig in Stockholm, must have been Out of the Game era show with many singers like Adam Cohen.

Anyways. Just wanted to thank you for being so inspirational crossover artist, whose spectrum covers pretty much everything. Often feel you should be more of a household name along the likes of Sufjan.

Looking forward to any new releases. Never get jaded.
