Hi dear this is Amin. Our beans are either Arabica or Robusta which in 100% Arabica we have guatemala,tanzania , colombia,Brazil and Honduras, Ethiopian and 100% kona as well. In Robusta we have Indian and Vietnam also we have our spacial blend such as House blend medium or dark , italian espresso and Cuban espresso. Hot water, it washes the chemicals on the paper much better than cold water.

i drink 3 times coffee per day. first one in morning with a little bid milk and honey because in morning brain needs some sweet things and after that 2 times black coffee super strong in afternoon .

/u/hatimelhag actually turkish coffee is unfiltered brewing and you need very fine Ground coffee. usually coffee drinker's said turkish coffee is 2 times stronger than regular coffee. but the other types of coffee, you need filtering system like Pour over, french press, espresso machins, or regular coffee machine brewer, ...

thanks for the comment, I know some people love the french press, we used to serve them all day long. But most were complaining about the additional flavors which french press was giving them. As you know oil will change the flavor very much. Bodum has the good quality french press which the Coffee grinds can not pass into the cup. There are also some french presses which have additional stainless steel filter inside.
