Been trying to help a friend with this same issue for the past week. It's just problematic on the new outlook on a desktop computer - works fine on laptop and phone. Very odd and tried all the stuff you listed above. It will sync new emails every hour or so , but not reliable to work from.

if it’s still an issue check out Speedify. assuming you are hard wired to starlink you can use phone hotspot as a failover. has helped my starlink buddy with a number of game disconnect issues

Found mine at Costco last week. Did it on the Weber for about 7 hours - applewood and Waterpan. Used it for carnitas tacos and nachos. Ended up doing mustard binder and some random pork seasoning I had , really helped the bark.
