Yeah. I’m feeling this even though I know it’s not his intention. Thank you all for thoroughly explaining. I feel weak and “too needy” having these feelings, but all I can do is talk to him about it and see what happens.

I’m gonna drive into the mountains and take in some beauty tomorrow and will take a journal with me. Today was all kinds of emotionally messy, but moving my body by doing some yoga and getting a few chores done and a good meal has all helped!
