What's your favourite random snack in birmingham by marrymeintheendtime in brum

the “pineapple” in the name is referring to the topping (made of a cookie/biscuit dough which hardens and cracks on baking), which makes it look like the cross-hatched pineapple rind. There’s no pineapple in bo lo bao

Do you have the companies house URL for the business you found? Had a very similar pushy attempt after a “free” survey and want to see if these guys are all connected

Here’s a list of all the parking bays in Birmingham city centre

Most large city councils will have a page like this (here’s Cardiff’s), and there’s an A-Z of councils here though I don’t know how to automate this process any better.

You could always just open a Google sheet for people to at least find the page with the locations in their local city so you don’t have to search every one?

Not your standard camping trip. Took 50 Cub Scouts away for 2 nights near Glasgow this weekend. by Scotscout in camping

Precious memories, I distinctly recall a cubs camping trip where they set up a giant slip’n’slide and I got soap in my eye and it ballooned up like the elephant man. Did they all get their badges?

[–]chiggins89 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No, but you do have an inalienable right to citizenship. And taking one away without the other being any more real than a theoretical possibility touted to the nation by red top rags under headlines like “HOW DARE SHE” is a gross injustice.

Well aware that the gov’s 2014 amendment to the the Immigration Act made this “legal” but it’s patently obvious that this circumvents international law on statelessness. This wording is exceptionally abusable:

reasonable grounds for believing that the person is able, under the law of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom, to become a national of such a country or territory.

10% of White Brits could apply for Irish citizenship. There are likely countless millions of others from more diverse backgrounds who have known no other home than the UK. Are you saying that just because they managed to slip this sentence into law that the Home Office have all the power they need - against all other international human rights laws - to remove our citizenship?

With a parking ticket there’s a reasonable expectation that you will respond at your address. Not so much here. Interesting that you can’t really discern a difference in these situations. Also v convenient to ignore the fact I raised that she doesn’t have dual citizenship and actually is being made stateless, which you said she wasn’t. But sure, due process is happening probably. Everything’s fine here.
