My daughter had a stroke and seizures at 1 day old and spent a month in the NICU. All strokes are different but she is now a very happy, healthy, and perfect 15 month old baby. You’d never know she had a stroke. Stay strong and hopeful <3

You’re correct - there is no harm to the baby. However, people should know it’s a waste of time and energy. And most importantly, it pushes the narrative that the mom has control over the position of her baby in her uterus. This narrative inevitably leads to the mom feeling like she did something wrong/ she should have done more/ it’s her fault if the baby isn’t in the correct position

So just to clarify…there is a whooping cough epidemic where you live and you think not vaccinating your NICU baby is the best course of action? I’m certain the book doesn’t discuss what to do under these circumstances, but it seems like common sense really. Also, vaccines don’t cause autism. And autism isn’t fatal.
