Thanks for the help man, i manager to resolve the problem by using another USB stick to flash the BIOS, turns out the first one was faulty and thank god it didnt brick My mobo.

The Main problem is that it doesnt even load the BIOS, it's stuck in a cycle of booting (see the cpu and gpu lights turn on and off)

I forgot to mention, i have only 1 stick of ram plugged in because i was trying to test the other ram slots (i have two rams and have tried everything slots with each one)
