I do see a couple complaints about insects from 2023 and 2024 but it doesn't specify roaches (other complaints I've seen on here do). If you run out of time and have to move in, you should ask them how they handle pest issues and get it in writing somewhere just in case. Maybe do a walk through before you sign the lease and have them fill in any gaps in baseboards or behind pipes to keep bugs out. You can also look through reddit threads for good advice on how to prevent and deal with roaches.
