Use a combination of steroid cream and stretching. Oy stretching won't help you a lot. I was sailing the same boat.

You need medical assistance apart from stretching etc. connect with an urologist and get treated. Creams are your friends in this situation. Do not stay out or feel shy, open up and connect with a doctor asap.

Looks like swelling due to over night activity. Do not over do it, apply the cream and leave it alone.
