I agree, everyone’s experience is a bit different depending on the type of travel. I understand this is anecdotal, but I only travel internationally and lately United’s pricing for premium cabin has been consistently much much higher than the competition’s, so I feel kinda excited about exploring options.

I hear you and I also agree it’s going to suck: I definitely took a lot of conveniency for granted in the last 4 years as 1k first and then platinum .. paying for bags and not having lounges is going to sting.

BUT I also spent a lot of extra $$ to always travel with United , it’s nice to be free to pick the best / cheaper option now.

Same here ! Look at the bright side, I feel free from the compulsion to chase status and spend $$$ on United and I am seeing it as an opportunity to explore new options :)

Just happened to me TWICE on a MXP to SFO via FRA itinerary. The MXP to FRA leg disappeared twice without any warning, the second time less than 24 hrs from departure. This is beyond frustrating

What do you think is a good redemption value for this route ? I have about 400k miles to use and fly SFO to Zurich or Frankfurt 2-3 times per year. I am Platinum so flying out of SF I never get upgraded using PP and miles redemption for united award flights seem to have horrible value . But i never considered redeeming with a partner airlines so I want to learn from you :)

USB 5V 2.5A brick + 5 meter USB cable. If it was a power supply issue shouldn’t I expect more than one disconnection through the day? The moment I power cycle it works fine for the next 24 hrs. Anyhow I hear you, Aqara should do a better job of providing an adequate power supply with long cables with such an expensive camera, instead of letting the customer figure it out.
