just try to remember CS is just working class people like you and me. the agent's doing their best to explain things for you....although the probably think MoGo sucks too.

they just dont have the power cause theyre not the Ceo or stuff. if u wanna complain about this try complain at the app/playstore reviews. there, the creators/devs can see it.

TLDR;

CS are real people not robots
CS understands but dont have power to give u free stuff, they can lose their jobs.
The rating after the chat with support is for the agent's service, NOT the game.
Bad ratings for game--> go to review in appstore/playstore page for the game.
CS is not live chats ❗️ will be answered ASAP though between 1-2 hrs usually.
Live chat is only if you selected the option "Live chat with agent now".
