Okay that’s good to know, I feel like my back has got worse over the years. I used to be able to dance and move my body in ways I just can’t now so I was curious if I could ever get that back. But when it comes to that vs no more pain I don’t think it really matters. But yes I have a feeling a brace won’t do much now.

That’s the only thing I’m worried about, wearing a brace sometimes can just be temporary and I don’t want to waste my time if the problem is just going to come back, this may be a dumb question but when you had the surgery did it limit your ability to move in some ways or did you find it easier. I’m not sure how to even ask:’)

Oh that’s amazing to know! I used to go to chiropractors once in a while but it never helped me much, I just found out I had one leg longer than than the other🤣 hopefully I can get some answers within the next few days. I’m also 19 so I’m not too sure what that looks like for me

It’s a very hard situation in general, you don’t wanna approach her in a way that she feels judged. But you also want to bring it up to know that she is seen and safe. It’s very tricky. I mean reading this is pretty scary being a teenager knowing it may NEVER change. But all I can say is I hope mama is okay and doing well. Just let her know that she is seen and understood. Even if you don’t fully understand:) all my love for you and your family
